A gratitude journal you can order to be posted. I thought it would be a nice idea especially at the moment to remind ourselves of all the wonderful things we feel grateful for.
There are 9 pages in the journal you can print out fill and colour in they include:
1-Front Page you can colour in and personalise

3-Gratitude prompts which will help when filling out the other sections. They are a list of gentle reminders to ourselves of what we can feel grateful for.
4- A list page where you can list things you are grateful for in each category54- Books to read...fill in the books on the book shelf and the colour in once you have read them.
6-A daily gratitude sun - fill out one of the sunrays with one thing you are most grateful for each day and colour in.
7- Gratitude Jar - colour in and fill up the jar.
8- Movies to watch - fill out the tickets with movies you would like to see and then colour in once you have watched them.
