Refund policy

If you order arrives damaged please contact me with photos and I will arrange a new order to be sent to you.

Please be  mindful during busy periods like Christmas that post can take a while and can sometimes be a few days later in arriving so please order tracked if you need it quickly.  

What you can’t send back

Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable:

• Anything that’s made to your specific requirements  (i.e. is personalised as I can not resell these)
  
• Creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order, custom artworks and portraits.
  

If an item is personalised or specifically made to order it cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty.

For most products, you have 28 days to notify me if you want to return or exchange the item and another 14 days to send them back. The return period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered.
