A gratitude journal you can download and print out. I thought it would be a nice idea especially at the moment to remind ourselves of all the wonderful things we feel grateful for.
There are 9 pages in the journal you can print out fill and colour in. Once downloaded you and print as many times as you would like so you can repeat this every month.
