Custom Pet Portrait

Here's what to do next.......

• You can also choose to add a digital file to your purchase from the drop down menu.  This will enable you to have your illustration on file forever so you can print out, regift, or even use as a screen saver
• You can also choose to have a floral background added from the drop down menu, with which you can decide which flowers and colours you would like to have once I email you after purchase has been made.
• If you need your illustration by a special date or occasion just let me know when you place the order to gempang_illustration@outlook.com.  Portraits usually take 1- 2 weeks to send through the proof however can sometimes be done sooner so just email me if this is required.
• As soon as the order has been received I will get back in touch by email with details regarding what photo you would like to be illustrated and any specific details you might like adding in. Please try to send me a picture you really love rather than a few as it is very difficult to illustrate someone from a different angle to what I am sent through especially when you don't know the pet personally. 
• Next I will work to make a proof of the final illustration and send it through to you. Please feel free to let me know of any adjustments  or tweaks at this point so that I can get it just right. It is always best to be as accurate as you can with any adjustments or alterations that are needed. One set of alterations and tweaks will be included in the price however if additional tweaks are needed this will be at a charge of £10 so it is always best to try and be as accurate as you can in anything that you would like altering from the first proof.
• Once this has been approved then before you know it your illustration will be on its way to you.

All illustrations are on A4 art grade 300gsm paper.

 NB- if at any time you cancel your order and the work has already started or proof has been sent only partial refund will be offered.
